Shipping

Our mission is to ensure your shipment will arrive carefully and correctly. We are always working toward creating a better experience for you. 

IMPORTANT UPDATE
Due to massive order volume, carriers may experience delays. After your package ships, please monitor the tracking number from the carrier’s website in case of updates.

We only offer shipping to the United States and Canada

Order Processing
All orders are shipped from San Marcos, CA, United States.  
We process orders within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) if we process the order by 12:00pm EDT. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation at info@act4publishing.com.
Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order. 

How Do I Check The Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) based on the commercial value of the items included, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Act 4 Publishing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Local Pickup
We do not offer local pickup at this time.
